Lance James, CTO of Secure Science, presents to the 109th Congress U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce. He testified to the Subcomittee on Telecommunications and Internet at the legislative hearing on H.R. 5126, the "Truth in Caller ID Act of 2006". His presentation was 5 minutes, and discussed the fraudulent usage that phishers employ with caller id abuse, as well as a request for clarification of the bill itself, specifically the legal wording, as it conflicts with technological advances.
